Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an unexpected surprise with our water heater breaking and my husband called this company in the morning, they came out 45 minutes later!! Gary was the best! He was so professional, kind, understanding and extremely fast at getting the water heater installed! He explained every step he was doing. I would definitely recommend this company and if I ever need them again I hope my dude Gary comes out again! Thank you so much for all the help 😊😊

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called up gray Phoenix plumbing in the morning and Mark C. was out a couple hours later. Mark was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. Would recommend him and I would be happy to have him come out again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mark did a wonderful job and took care of a leaky pex manifold and diagnosed our issue as excessive pressure. He was professional and courteous and took care of several issues as well. All done the day we called. Thank you for great service!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 10/10 service. We had a clog in our kitchen line and started noticing backed-up water last night. I called first thing this morning and they were able to schedule a time that worked with my work schedule. Wyatt called about 15 minutes before arrival and was right on time. He was extremely professional, explained everything thoroughly, provided an upfront estimate, and clearly reviewed possible additional costs if the initial service didn’t work. He was super thorough and really thought outside the box to clear the clog. On the final attempt, he was able to clear it (with an unfortunate but memorable clog explosion 😅). After that, he ran a camera down our main line and provided helpful recommendations. Honestly, his kindness, communication, and knowledge were beyond impressive. Compared to other estimates I saw via other reviews for a similar issue, their pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend: Wyatt’s card is officially on our fridge for any future plumbing needs

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience with Gray Phoenix Plumbing from start to finish. Britney in customer service was friendly, responsive, and made scheduling easy, she was a pleasure to work with. The technician who came out was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very down to earth, which made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and did excellent work. I really appreciate the level of care and professionalism from the entire team. Highly recommend Gray Phoenix for your next project.
