I called first thing this morning and they were able to schedule a time that worked with my work schedule. Wyatt called about 15 minutes before arrival and was right on time. He was extremely professional, explained everything thoroughly, provided an upfront estimate, and clearly reviewed possible additional costs if the initial service didn’t work. He was super thorough and really thought outside the box to clear the clog. On the final attempt, he was able to clear it (with an unfortunate but memorable clog explosion 😅). After that, he ran a camera down our main line and provided helpful recommendations. Honestly, his kindness, communication, and knowledge were beyond impressive. Compared to other estimates I saw via other reviews for a similar issue, their pricing was very reasonable.
